Our Extrusion Facility HDPE pipe is produced within Megaroller's state of the art extrusion facility.	In House Injection Moulding Plastic components are precision injection moulded within Megaroller's production Facility. An important factor which influences the lifespan of the bearing, is the bearing housing. In conventional rollers the possibility of misalignment and distortion is ever present. We therefore opted for a high impact HDPE bearing housing, which is injection molded ensuring quality and precision.	Heavy Duty Applications Our range of rollers has revolutionised bulk handling for many mining, mineral processing, power generation and petrochemical companies.	Light Duty Applications From sugar cane to grain, the efficacy of our patented sealing arrangement means our rollers keep on performing in the stickiest of situations. Megaroller's state of the art production facility is located within the supply heart of Australia's Largest mining geography, Perth Western Australia. The plant boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a custom-built manufacturing line which is operated according to stringent quality standards. Our products are also manufactured in Chile and South Africa, granting us the capability to supply with market leading production times to any country or continent. The current premises located in O'Connor, allows a capacity of 5000 rollers per month. Our production could be further expanded to 8000 rollers per month if the need be.
